While a prior background in healthcare or knowledge of healthcare terminology is useful, it is not required.   This position helps make a difference in people’s lives and provides a sense of satisfaction knowing you helped get people back to work. You will also be part of a great team that cares about the people they serve and takes pride in what they do!   This is an on-site position in Warminster, PA, paying $15.00hr, with the hours of 2pm-10pm M-F.

As a Verification Researcher, you will be an important part of this process!   We are looking for detail-oriented researchers to investigate the employment and education histories of our clients’ job applicants. These verifications take place in a unique call center environment, where researchers make outbound calls without any sales or solicitation involved. Other job duties include reviewing and evaluating documentation and information needed for the background screening process and maintaining and documenting detailed notes in system regarding correspondence with applicants.   This is a full-time position at 40 hours a week, and the available shifts vary, Monday through Friday.    **There is no sales involved in this role.   

Job Description The Customer Service Representative provides customer support by problem solving and troubleshooting and responding to external or internal user requests via phone, chat or email.   This is an on-site position in Warminster, PA. The hours are M-F 2pm-10pm.

Job Description Public Records Researchers investigate the criminal backgrounds of our clients' applicants. Each team within the Public Records department handles a different part of the background screening process. This particular job opening is to locate an individual who would be interested in working working with criminal court case records at the county, state, and federal levels.   Training is comprehensive and is handled by the company and the work itself increases an individual’s critical thinking skills. Those interested in fields related to criminal justice are welcome to apply, but prior knowledge of the criminal justice system and/or an academic background in that particular field is not a requirement.   This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position, and the available shifts are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Training will be conducted on the 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift for 2-4 weeks.

This fast paced call center position provides a unique work experience, combining inbound calls and outbound contact via phone and email in addition to research and detailed analysis.   This is an on-site position located in Warminster, PA that pays $16hr.

Job Description Global Researchers conduct an interesting variety of international background checks on behalf of our clients' applicants in over 245 countries throughout the world. These checks include but are not limited to employment, education, criminal record, credit, professional licensing, and directorship checks. It is an exciting position which affords the opportunity to interact and gain knowledge about the world around us.   We are seeking a representative who is willing and able to utilize their international education and experiences on a daily basis. It is preferred but not compulsory that applicants fluently speak and read/translate for business purposes in a language besides English. However, those without language capabilities will be considered as well.   This is a full time overnight position. You must be able to work Sunday through Thursday from 10pm- 6am. Training will take place from 6am-2pm for the first 2 weeks.
